Dr. Rachel Roth, MD, CEO – Founder and family doctor specializing in mental health. Dr. Roth has worked on multiple continents, lives internationally, and focuses on systems that lower the barriers to care.


Ms. Pamela Ferman, COO – Operational director, and liaison to the HEAL project who partnered with Healis to expand mental health care to Afghan refugees. Pam lives in rural America and focuses on expanding educational and healthcare opportunities in “medical deserts.”


Dr. Samir Thaker, MD, MSPH, CTO – Dual board-certified in Anesthesiology and Clinical Informatics, with additional training in Health Policy and Public Health. He is a first-generation American and practices clinically with the Department of Veterans Affairs and University of Pennsylvania Health System.


Dr. Jessica Cook - Family Medicine. Texas A&M University College of Medicine. Residency at Waco Family Medicine. Certified in Family Medicine in 2007 and currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Health.


Dr. Daniel Kessler - Family Medicine. Education, Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Residency, Mayo Clinic. Double board-certified in Family Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine. Certified as one of the first groups of global practitioners of the Institute of Functional Medicine. Lived immigrant experience.


Dr. Jacqueline Stone - Women's Health. Education, Medical College of Georgia. Residency, Greenville Hospital System. Board Certified OB/GYN with years of clinical experience in private practice and as an OB Hospitalist. Over seven years of experience in telemedicine. International family.


Dr. Zohaib Sohail - Psychiatry. Education, Dow Medical College. Residency, University of Kansas. Board-certified in Psychiatry specializing in evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and treatment of emotional and mental health disorders.


Dr. Tsung Wai Aw - Psychiatry. Education, Sidney Kimmel Medical College. Residency, Yale New Haven Hospital. Board-certified in Psychiatry. Training focused on telemental health care. Co-Founder of TeleHope Health, a telemental health platform focused on providing online evidence-based telemental health care for Malaysians.


Dr. Kristen Kent - Emergency Medicine. Education, University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. Residency, University of Massachusetts. Board-certified in Emergency Medicine with over 15 years experience in the medical field treating urgent or emergent conditions; experienced in telemedicine.


Dr. Jamie Gerber - Family Medicine. Education, Rutgers University Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Residency, New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center. Board-certified family physician. Trained in the NYC metro area. Practiced Primary Care medicine in an outpatient clinic for 10 years near Seattle, WA. Offering care through telemedicine for the past three years.

College of Medicine. Residency, Swedish First Hill. Board-certified in Family Practice in the United States and is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine. She has over ten years experience in telemental health. CEO and Founder of Physicians United/Healis Health.
