ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM
Dr. Rachel Roth, MD, CEO – Founder and family doctor specializing in mental health. Dr. Roth has worked on multiple continents, lives internationally, and focuses on systems that lower the barriers to care.
Ms. Pamela Ferman, COO – Operational director, and liaison to the HEAL project who partnered with Healis to expand mental health care to Afghan refugees. Pam lives in rural America and focuses on expanding educational and healthcare opportunities in “medical deserts.”
Dr. Samir Thaker, MD, MSPH, CTO – Dual board-certified in Anesthesiology and Clinical Informatics, with additional training in Health Policy and Public Health. He is a first-generation American and practices clinically with the Department of Veterans Affairs and University of Pennsylvania Health System.

Dr. Zohaib Sohail - Psychiatry. Education, Dow Medical College. Residency, University of Kansas. Board-certified in Psychiatry specializing in evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and treatment of emotional and mental health disorders.
